Terms of Service

Effective: 9 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the website at show.biz.vn and the Show beta service ("Service"), operated by Show ("Show", "we", "us"). By using the website or the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

1. What Show is — and is not

Show is a decision-support tool for import/export and customs paperwork. It uses AI to extract data from trade documents, suggest HS classifications with reasoning, flag inconsistencies and missing permits, and prepare draft declarations.

Show is not a licensed customs broker, a law firm or a tax adviser, and nothing it produces is legal, customs or tax advice. Show does not file declarations with any customs authority on your behalf.

2. AI output must be reviewed

AI systems make mistakes. HS codes, duty estimates, permit checklists and draft declarations are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them, or having a qualified person review them, before relying on them or submitting anything to a customs authority. Customs rules vary by country and change over time, and Show may not reflect the latest changes.

3. Beta service

The Service is in private beta. Access is by invitation, features may change or be withdrawn, and the Service may be unavailable or contain errors. Beta access is provided free of charge unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices shown on the website are indicative and not an offer.

4. Your account and your content

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: break the law, including customs, sanctions and export-control laws; misdescribe or conceal goods or their origin; submit false documents; attempt to access other users' data; probe, scan or disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer it; or use it to build a competing product.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, the website and everything we create — software, design, prompts, models and documentation — belong to Show or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the beta. Feedback you give us may be used by us without restriction or payment.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Anthropic (the Claude API), Vercel, Upstash and Resend. Their availability and terms are outside our control. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC; Show is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee any customs outcome, including classification acceptance, duty amounts, clearance times or avoidance of penalties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, demurrage, storage charges, fines, duties or penalties arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete Your Content. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we end the beta. On termination we will delete Your Content as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must retain it by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for beta users, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation; failing that, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Vietnam.
